Private Hire e.g. Individuals and families who want to have birthday party, family gathering, other social event.

Commercial e.g. Schools, local government, private businesses, public bodies and statutory organisations can use the space for training, meetings, workshops, interviews, therapy sessions, 1-2-1, small group sessions, hot desking and virtual meeting space.
