First Floor and Lounge

• • The New OfficeThe small office which is currently in the lounge area will be removed, and a new larger office will be built on top of the kitchen.Better office, admin and storage space for our staff team of community, youth and children’s workers and

  • community volunteers.

  • A tea and coffee station, and a sink for washing up.

The Lounge

The lounge provides a more informal space for small groups, informal meetings or training sessions. It is also great for youth work.

• • It will be much warmer thanks to central heating, an enclosed staircase, restored sash windows, and no more damp plaster!

  • Much improved energy efficient lighting, a data network and full AV facilities for training and youth work.

  • We will also build a new corridor to provide independent (and fire safe) access to ‘the Loft’.

New Toilet

There will be a new toilet on the first floor landing.
